▼Installation Instructions
Clean the target surface thoroughly.
Measure the surface and cut the film. Leave an extra inch margin each side for an easy adjustment.
Prepare enough water in a spray bottle.
Spray the surface with the water. Peel off the transparent backing film along a short side.
Install the film onto the window.
Use the squeegee to remove excess water and any bubbles whist applying the film. Wipe off the water using the towel.
Trim off the margins. Here you go!
Some useful tips for you:
When applying in cold weather: before installation, blow hot air to the film using a hair dryer to soften the film up (Heat Resistant up to 176℉)
The film works only onflat, clean, and smooth surfaces.
Affix a scotch tape on a corner of the back side (the smooth side) to quickly remove the backing film.
2) Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where yourpackage is coming from.
3) Item Processing Time: There are different processing times for differentitems. Average processing time is 5 to 9 working days; however, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website.
4) Some unavoidable reasons: We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can’t assure youexactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors thatmay cause the delay of your item, e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes as wellas war, etc.
But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best tonegotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case aspriority.

Request:
1. 7 Days Return Policy.
--Purchase can be returned within 7 days from the delivered date. And Refund will be issued as soon as the returned package confirmed.
--Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels.
--Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
--Custom made items can’t be returned or exchanged.
{For customized products, such as customized size curtains, valance, etc, only logistics costs will be refunded after 48 hours, and the product amount will not be refunded. Over 48 hours, cancel or return is not accepted.}
--The refund only includes the product price and does not include the shipping cost you paid.

Please consult the customer service about the information we need before sending back the package and ship the package to the designated address provided by the after-sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. To help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
2. For all the refunds the following information is needed:

3. Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
4. Return and Exchange Process:
Please send us the package with your Order Number & your login account in it, we will be very appreciated if you can write down your return reason. If you have any question regarding return policy, please feel free to contact us.
5. How long will the refund take to reflect in your bank account?
All refund applications will be processed within normally 24 hours.
We will credit back the same way of payment.
You will receive the refund within one week if you pay via Paypal or one month if you pay via Credit Card.
