Tips
· Default installation is the grommet top, if you want different way, please leave us a message.
· When you wash it, please take them off carefully and lightly to avoid hurt yourself.
· Size is measured by 2 panels together. Each set of curtains contains two panels. If the size we provide is 118 inches wide x 106 inches long, then each panel measures 59 inches wide x 106 inches long.
· We suggest that you choose a curtain width 2 times wider than the width of the pole or track to create folds. For example, if the pole or track is 50 inches, then select a curtain width of 100 inches.
· Due to differences in monitor settings, there may be a slight variation in color on screen, versus the actual material.
· Machine washable; Hand washable: In order to avoid scald your hands please use the water temperature below 90℉
Different items have different receiving time. Normally, the order processing time is about 5-9 days, and the shipping time is about 5-15 days.

But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best tonegotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case aspriority.

Request:
1. 7 Days Return Policy.
--Purchase can be returned within 7 days from the delivered date. And Refund will be issued as soon as the returned package confirmed.
--Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels.
--Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
--Custom made items can’t be returned or exchanged.
{For customized products, such as customized size curtains, valance, etc, only logistics costs will be refunded after 48 hours, and the product amount will not be refunded. Over 48 hours, cancel or return is not accepted.}
--The refund only includes the product price and does not include the shipping cost you paid.

Please consult the customer service about the information we need before sending back the package and ship the package to the designated address provided by the after-sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. To help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
2. For all the refunds the following information is needed:
a) The order No.
b) Item Code.
c) Registered email address.
d) Package list.
3. Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
4. Return and Exchange Process:
Please send us the package with your Order Number & your login account in it, we will be very appreciated if you can write down your return reason. If you have any question regarding return policy, please feel free to contact us.
5. How long will the refund take to reflect in your bank account?
All refund applications will be processed within normally 24 hours.
We will credit back the same way of payment.
You will receive the refund within one week if you pay via Paypal or one month if you pay via Credit Card.
